Homicide Detectives are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a 30 year old male Hispanic. Deputies assigned to East Los Angeles station responded to a gunshot victim call at the location.

Upon arrival, deputies observed the victim lying in the driveway of the location suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Shortly after, Deputies located a second victim who had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper torso.  The second victim was transported to a local hospital and his condition is serious, but stable at this time. Detectives are processing the scene and canvassing the area for possible witnesses and evidence.

The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are responding to the 1200 block of Clela Ave, East Los Angeles to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man. 
 
The victim was pronounced dead at scene.
