SUMMARY: On Friday, November 20, 2020, at about 9:47 p.m., deputies assigned to the Chino Hills Police Department were dispatched to the Chino Hills Police Station for a report of lewd acts with a child. The victim stated the suspect, Leyder Hernandez Gonzalez, had sexually assaulted her. Through investigation, it was determined the incidents occurred in a home in the city of Chino Hills. At the conclusion of the interview, Hernandez Gonzalez was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center; his bail is set at $250,000.
