During a search warrant six people were arrested for numerous crimes, including narcotics & firearm violations

H&S 11370.1 Possession of controlled substance while armed
PC 182(a)(1) Conspiracy to commit a crime
PC 496(d) Possession of a stolen vehicle
PC 12021(a)(1) Felon in possession of a firearm

LOCATION: 2100 Block of Lillyhill Dr, Needles, CA

SUSPECT(S): Andrea Gardner, 33-year-old female resident of Needles
Frances Gardner, 30-year-old female resident of Needles
Michael Gardner, 29-year-old male resident of Needles
Krianna Sutton, 28-year-old female resident of Needles
Jessica Dugger, 29-year-old female resident of Needles
Timothy Pugh, 30-year-old male resident of Needles


SUMMARY:
On Friday, November 6, 2020, at approximately 7:20 a.m., deputies from the Sheriff's Department, Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2100 block of Lillyhill drive. Six were arrested for the following charges:
Andrea Gardner - H&S 11366, H&S 11350(a), PC182(a)(1)
Michael Gardner - H&S 11366, H&S 11378, PC 182(a)(1)
Frances Gardner - H&S 11366, PC 182(a)(1)
Krianna Sutton - H&S 11378, H&S 11366.6, H&S 11370.1, PC 182 (a)(1)
Jessica Dugger - H&S 11350(a)
Timothy Pugh - H&S 11350(a), PC12021(a)(1), PC496(d)

During the search, deputies located illicit narcotics and evidence of sales of narcotics. Three firearms were found during the search and one semi-automatic pistol was determined to be in the possession of a felon, Timothy Pugh. An AR-15 and a sawed-off shotgun were found to be in the possession of Krianna Sutton. A stripped motorcycle was located inside the residence and was found to be stolen out of Las Vegas within the past few days. Following further investigation, Pugh was determined to be responsible for the stolen motorcycle.
