*UPDATE* #LASD Homicide Detectives Responded to Death Investigation, 1700 blk of E. Avenue Q14, Palmdale

Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a Hispanic woman in Palmdale. 
 
On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at 3:07 PM, deputies from Palmdale Station responded to an apartment in the 1700 block of East Avenue Q-14 regarding a call of an assault that had just occurred with a victim who wasn’t breathing.

Upon arriving, deputies discovered a Hispanic woman in her late 20’s and a Hispanic man in his mid 20’s unresponsive inside the apartment. 
 
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The male was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition. 
 
The male is considered a suspect in the assault which is being investigated as a murder and attempted suicide. 
 
Neither the male suspect nor female victim’s identities will be released pending the notification of next of kin.

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to a death investigation. The incident occurred on the 1700 block of E. Ave Q14, Palmdale at approximately 3:06 P.M.
                                                               
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
                       
There is no additional information available at this time.
