Wednesday, October 14th - Upcoming Emergency No Parking Restrictions in Albany. 
Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.
Beginning on Thursday, October 15th at 7:00 a.m. until Sunday, November 15th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted in the area of 10 Hall Place for a dumpster.
Beginning on Friday, October 16th at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, October 21st at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street from Pine Street to State Street.
On Saturday, October 17th from 5:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the following streets for a film production:
- Both sides of Philip Street from Elm Street to Bleecker Place
- Both sides of Wilbur Street from #21 Wilbur Street to Philip Street
- Both sides of Myrtle Avenue from #39 Myrtle Avenue to Philip Street.
