INCIDENT: Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felon in Possession of Ammunition
LOCATION: 1900 block of Clary Drive, Needles
SUSPECT(S): Bruce Allen Martin, 44 year-old resident of Needles
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at 11:02 a.m., deputies and a detective from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 1900 block of Clary Drive in the city of Needles. Officers from the San Bernardino County Probation Department assisted with the search.
A pistol, ammunition, and suspected methamphetamine were located in Bruce Martin’s bedroom. Martin was not at the location and a warrant has been obtained for his arrest. Martin is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing any firearms or ammunition.
