Suzie Bradley and Noudam Khamphouy arrested for child abuse of their five-month-old son

SUSPECT(S): Suzie Bradley, 39-year-old resident of Twentynine Palms
Noudam Khamphouy, 49-year-old resident of Twentynine Palms
VICTIM(S): Five- month-old, male
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, September 8, 2020,investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC) and Morongo Basin Station Detectives, began an investigation of a five-month-old, male victim, who was brought into the Hi Desert Medical Center for unknown reasons. The victim tested positive for methamphetamine and had wounds to both of his heels, consistent with child neglect. The victim was transported from Hi Desert Medical Center to Loma Linda University Medical Center for a higher level of medical care. At the conclusion of the investigation, the victim's biological parents, identified as, Suzie Bradley and Noudam Khamphouy were arrested for PC 273a(a) Felony Child Abuse. Bradley and Khamphouy were booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with a bail amount of $100,000.00.
