In July of 2019, an 18 year old female (Victim 1) reported that when she was between 9 and 17 years old, her step-father, Suspect Abraham Williams, M/39, repeatedly sexually assaulted her and her younger sister (Victim 2) while they lived together.  The suspect fathered two children with one of the victims.  During that time, the suspect and victims lived in Granada Hills, Palmdale and Salt Lake City, Utah. When confronted by the family, the suspect fled and had not been heard from in approximately two years.
 
On August 31, 2020, the suspect was located and arrested with the assistance of the Ventura County Auto Theft Taskforce.  The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed fourteen counts of Lewd Acts on a Child Under 14 Years Old.  He was held on a bail amount of $3,100,000.00.
