Driveway Access Removal & New Curb Install - Center St - 8/26-9/1

The City of Oneonta’s contractor, JJP Slipforming, will be installing new curb along the north side of Center St from Yager Ave to West St excluding Maple St to Elm St and Ivy Ct to Central Ave and the north side of Hickey St. They will begin Thursday, August 27th and finish Friday, August 28th. Work will occur between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
In preparation for the new curb, the City will be removing driveway access beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26th around 7:00 am and concluding by 3:30 pm. Driveway access will be inaccessible until Tuesday, September 1st. The City will begin restoring driveway access Monday, August 31st and finish by Tuesday September 1st.
Additional parking can be found on nearby streets or in the Dietz St Parking Lot. Please be sure to follow all parking signage.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
