MANDATORY EVACUATION IN SCOTTS VALLEY 
All of Scotts Valley, west of Highway 17, has now upgraded to a FIRE EVACUATION ORDER.
All residents have been ordered to leave the city and all businesses are ordered to close. If you reside in the affected area of the city expect a uniformed officer to knock on your door tonight to verify you are aware of the order and ask you to leave. Residents will not be allowed back into the city until it is deemed safe.
