INCIDENT: PC 664/207 - Attempt Kidnapping and PC 459 - Burglary
LOCATION: 3300 Block Needles Hwy, Needles, CA
SUSPECT: Willie Bell, 32 years old, resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM: Confidential
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at approximately 6:37 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to a reported person attempting to enter the office at the incident location. Upon arrival, it was determined Willie Bell forcibly entered an office, threatened the victim and attempted to pull her out of a room. Deputies located Bell in another room and placed him under arrest.
Bell was transported to the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto where he was booked for PC 664/207 - Attempt Kidnapping and PC 459 - Burglary with bail set at $250,000.
