SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite Fugitive Squad Arrest Mother For Murder Of Her 17 Year Daughter
Today members of the Fugitive Squad arrested Terri Maria Taylor for the murder of her 17 year old daughter at her Jonesboro residence without incident.
On January 6th, 2020 Clayton County Police Officers responded to a call about a juvenile victim found to be unconscious at a residence in Jonesboro. Upon arrival, officers observed the apartment to be extremely disorderly with little food, infestation of insects, and medications that were dirty and improperly stored. The victim was then transported to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Homicide Detectives were informed (by medical professionals) that the victim had a very high blood sugar level and had these severe deadly symptoms for over a day prior to her death. The victims’ sibling advised that the victim was sick for at least three days unable to speak only moving her head, and did not eat nor drink. Further investigation found that the victim had two prior hospitalizations and had not followed up with a doctor since 2017. A referral was made to DFACS on 7/26/2018 for medical neglect. The death was ruled a homicide due to the preceding circumstances, and history of neglect between the mother and victim.
Taylor is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail known now to all as “The Hill-ton”.
