SUMMARY:
On Saturday, July 4, 2020, at 10:20 p.m., San Bernardino County Fire and Sheriff Deputies from The Colorado River Station/Needles Police responded to the area of North K Street and West Needles Highway for a report of fire at the firework stand.
Deputies and fire crews arrived on scene and found the temporary firework stand fully engulfed in flames. Fire crews were able to extinguish the fire quickly and no injuries were reported by personnel or bystanders. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Arson/Bomb detail responded and determined the temporary structure and contents were a complete loss estimated at $2,000.
