VICTIM(S): Pending identification
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, July 2, 2020, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department received information that a dead body was found on the California shoreline of the Colorado River approximately ½ mile South of Blankenship Bend. Deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station Marine Enforcement Unit and a San Bernardino County Coroner Investigator responded to the location and took possession of the body.
The identity of the victim is pending positive identification by the Coroner’s Division
