SUMMARY:
On Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 2:25 a.m. deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police responded to a report of a vehicle on the Needles Golf Course. Upon arrival, Macias was found operating the vehicle and was believed to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for CVC 23152a/b - Driving Under the Influence. Subsequent to his arrest Macias assaulted and threatened deputies and was additionally charged with PC69 - Threaten or Assault Executive Officer.
Macias was transported and booked at the Colorado River Station jail where he was held on $25,000 bail.
