Following a vehicle and foot pursuit, deputies arrested a suspect for the robbery of a 711 convenience store

SUSPECT(S): Kingston Glass, 21-year-old male from San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): 7-11 convenience store
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, June 14, 2020, at about 9:55 pm, deputies were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery that occurred at the 7-11 convenience store located on Bryant Street near Yucaipa Blvd. While conducting an area check for the suspect vehicle, a witness called 9-1-1 reporting the location of the vehicle. Deputies located the suspect vehicle and a pursuit ensued. The driver, later identified as Kingston Glass, fled from deputies until he entered a dead-end street. Both Glass and a passenger fled on foot from the vehicle. Glass was caught in a field shortly after exiting the vehicle. The passenger ran across the I-10 Fwy but was located by Sheriff's Aviation and detained.
Both were transported to the Yucaipa Station for investigation of PC 211-Robbery, PC 182(a)-Conspiracy, and CVC 2800.2-Felony evading. Glass was arrested, transported and booked into the Central Detention Center for robbery. The passenger was not arrested.
