Two subjects were arrested at the Best Motel for theft of a vehicle and narcotics violations

INCIDENT: VC 10851(a) Theft of vehicle, HS 11377(a) Possession of narcotics, HS 11379(a) Possession of narcotics for sale, HS 11364(a) Possession of paraphernalia.
LOCATION: 1900 Needles Highway, Needles CA
SUSPECT(S): Rochelle Fulbright, 42 years old, resident of Needles
Christian Ross, 34 years old, resident of Needles
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, June 9, 2020, deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police located a stolen vehicle parked at the Best Motel occupied by two subjects. The subjects were identified as Rochelle Fulbright and Christian Ross.
During the course of the investigation, Fulbright and Ross were found to be in possession of approximately 48.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a scale, and several syringes. Fulbright and Ross were detained and arrested for VC 10851(a) theft of a vehicle, HS 11377(a), possession of narcotics, HS 11379(a) possession of narcotics for sale and HS 11364(a) possession of paraphernalia. Fulbright and Ross were taken into custody without incident and booked at the Needles jail.
Fulbright and Ross were subsequently released from custody due to the Emergency Bail order.
