Deputies arrest Donna Roberts of Bullhead City, AZ for possession of burglary tools and grand theft auto

SUSPECT(S): Donna Roberts, age 30 of Bullhead, Arizona
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 4:04 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department were dispatched to a report of a stolen tow truck in the City of Needles from the vehicles GPS tracking device. The vehicle was located at the intersection of Needles Highway and K street.
Donna Roberts was found in possession of the stolen vehicle and arrested for a violation of CVC 10851, Unlawful Driving or Taking of a Vehicle Without the Owner's Consent. During an investigation deputies located several shaved vehicle keys typically used in vehicle thefts. Roberts was transported to the Needles jail and booked for CVC 10851, vehicle theft and P.C 466, Possession of Burglary Tools.
In compliance with the statewide Emergency Bail Schedule bail for most misdemeanor and felony offenses must be set at $0. Because of this criteria, Roberts was released pending a later court date.
