Uncle And Nephew Make #1 And #2 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted After Vehicle Pursuit Fatality

Two men who are related as uncle and nephew who were in the vehicle that fled from Sheriff’s Deputies resulting in a fatality have made Sheriff Victor Hill’s top ten most wanted occupying the top two slots.

On May 10, 2020 at approximately 3 a.m. in the morning, Sebastin Miles Jr. (who was wanted for Aggravated Assault for attempting to run his girlfriend over with a car) led Deputies on a high speed chase to avoid capture.   Miles struck a vehicle on Moreland Avenue killing one occupant and causing serious injury to another passenger.  Miles was taken into custody the night of the accident and charged with numerous offenses in addition to the outstanding warrant he had for Aggravated Assault.  The Georgia State Patrol is still investigating the fatality.

Also in the vehicle with Miles were Montreaz Harris, Rodney Harris, and Brandon Wyldon.  In addition to having open containers of alcohol in the vehicle, a felony amount of schedule two controlled substances was also present of which all occupants are being charged.  Brandon Wyldon was taken into custody on May 19, 2020  by the elite Fugitive Squad.  Rodney Harris and his nephew Montreaz Harris remain at large.

If anyone spots these two individuals, 911 should be dialed immediately.  If anyone has any knowledge of the whereabouts of Rodney and his nephew Montreaz, please contact the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4479.  The Nixle confidential tip line can also be used for those who wish to remain anonymous.

Once the Georgia State Patrol finishes their investigation, they plan on charging Miles with Felony Homicide by Vehicle which can carry up to 30 years imprisonment.  Sheriff Victor Hill stated that he plans on asking the courts for the maximum sentencing for all occupants of the fleeing vehicle to send a message to criminals who are willing to endanger the lives of the public to escape capture.
