RPDPS looking for two missing Juveniles at risk 
The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety requests your assistance in locating two missing juveniles:
Angela Velez 09/24/2005 14 year old Hispanic female; 5'9 115lbs brown hair brown eyes. She was last seen in the Santa Rosa area with her boyfriend Justin Frazier who has also been reported missing.
Justin Frazier 07/04/2003 16 year old white male; 5'6 145lbs brown hair blue eyes.
