A joint investigation between the Pocatello Police Department and agents of the Department of Homeland Security was conducted on Taylor. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Taylor had been involved in a sexual relationship with an underage female being 16 years of age. The investigation also revealed that Taylor had been sending nude photos of himself, as well as receiving nude photos from multiple victims under the age of 18 years of age. A search warrant was conducted at Taylor’s residence and on his electronic devices which confirmed the information which was revealed through the course of the investigation.
