On 04/17/20, patrol deputies from the Camarillo Police Department responded to numerous calls for service in the city of Camarillo regarding vehicle vandalisms. All of the reported vandalisms were similar in nature and involved broken vehicle windows. In speaking with the victims, deputies learned sometime between 10:00 PM on April 16th and 6:00 AM on April 17th, unknown suspects used a BB gun to shoot vehicle windows throughout the city of Camarillo. A total of thirteen vehicles were reported to have been vandalized. During the course of the investigation, a suspect vehicle was possibly identified by obtaining video surveillance from home surveillance systems. Detectives from the Camarillo Investigations Bureau are requesting the assistance from the public in identifying the suspects involved.
