INCIDENT TYPE: Missing Persons

INCIDENT LOCATION: 1701 N. Senate Boulevard,

INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 67-year-old Tanya Guyton,who was last seen on Thursday, April 9, 2020.
 
Ms. Guyton is described as a black female, 5’0”, 130lbs, black hair with brown eyes. On 4.8.20 she was at IU Methodist where she received a positive diagnosis for Covid-19.  At approximately 12:30 p.m., she signed herself out of the hospital and was waiting outside for her daughter to pick her up so she could go home and self-quarantine.  Prior to her daughter’s arrival she walked away from Methodist and has not been seen.  Ms. Guyton suffers from short term memory. 
 
She was last seen wearing blue legging type pants, a blue and white shirt with flowers, and black shoes.  She has short curly hair and has a scar on the left side of her head.
