The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... South central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Northeastern Pocahontas County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 840 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Cass Scenic Railroad, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Cass Scenic Railroad, Greenbank, Durbin, Dunmore, Arbovale, Cheat Bridge, Bartow, Valley Head and Boyer.

* AFFECTED AREAS: POCAHONTAS, WV ... RANDOLPH, WV

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows! Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
