Town Council Holds Virtual Meeting April 7
In order to adhere to the ongoing Shelter in Place Order, the Danville Town Council will hold a special virtual meeting via the Zoom app at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2020. The meeting will be teleconference only. The agenda for Tuesday’s meeting can be found at www.danville.ca.gov/agendas.
Below is the information needed for residents to view and participate in the virtual meeting.
This Town Council meeting will be conducted as a webinar on the web-video communication platform Zoom. While it is possible to use only a current web browser to participate in a Zoom webinar, for the best experience participating in and/or viewing the meeting it is recommended that members of the public download the free Zoom app for PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android devices from Zoom’s website, www.zoom.com. It is also recommended that anyone wishing to participate in the meeting complete the download and installation process before the start of the meeting.

There are two ways to address the Town Council during this meeting:
You can have your comments read into the record by the City Clerk. Send an email to [email protected] prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, with your comments. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.
Provide live remote public comments by participating in this meeting using Zoom remotely from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android device at:

When you’d like to speak during the meeting, please use the ‘Raise Hand’ icon located in the webinar controls at the bottom of your screen.
