Tips to prevent package theft. 
The Arcadia Police Department wants to remind our residents and businesses to bring your deliveries, packages and mail inside as soon as possible.
Due to recent events, the number of online purchases and delivered items has significantly increased. More packages being delivered means a greater opportunity for theft. In order to reduce theft, we encourage our residents and businesses to bring packages and mail inside as soon as possible. If you know you are not going to be home at the time a package is expected, consider having it delivered to a neighbor or relative.
As always, we encourage our residents to report suspicious activity and people. If you "see something, say something."
