Watch Commander's Day Report - April 3, 2020

1. Stolen Auto Arrest (0950) South Stanislaus Street and East Worth Street, Seaport District
Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle in the area and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Julio Lopez, 37, for possession of a stolen vehicle.

2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1010) 800 Block of South Center Street, Seaport District
The suspect was trespassing at the location when he was confronted by the two victims, a 55-year-old male and a 34-year-old female. The suspect swung a weapon at both victims, missing them. The victims’ dog responded by biting the suspect. The victims were not injured and the suspect was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Jose Bustos-Torre, 24.

3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1105) 8000 Block of N Lower Sacramento Road, Bear Creek District
The victims were in their vehicle in a parking lot when the suspect pulled up to them in the suspect vehicle and brandished a firearm at them. The suspect ordered the driver of the victim vehicle to exit the vehicle, but he refused and drove off. The suspect then proceeded to ram the victim vehicle 3-4 times. The victims fled to their residence and parked. The suspect vehicle appeared again and rammed the victim vehicle two more times. Responding officers located the suspect attempting to flee and took her into custody. The victims were not injured. ARRESTED: Raynetta Smith, 37, for assault with a deadly weapon.
