Watch Commander’s Day Report - April 1, 2020 
1. Pursuit Arrest (1035) Highway 4 and Interstate 5, Civic District
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle with a felony want at the listed location. During the pursuit, the vehicle intentionally collided with another vehicle driven by the female victim, 39. The suspect abandoned the vehicle and was arrested. ARRESTED: Kevin Riley, 55, for felony evading, assault with a deadly weapon.
2. Felony Hit and Run Arrest (1317) 4100 Block of Bellettini Court, Seaport District
Traffic officers conducted follow-up on a hit and run that occurred on 03/22/20 (Item #1 on the Watch Commander’s night watch daily). They located and arrested the suspect. ARRESTED: Devante Edmond, 23, for felony hit and run.
