As a reminder this loan program is designed is to provide eligible business in need of financial support with loans as quickly as possible.  The City has obligated $250,000.00 to be used in helping our small businesses overcome the financial crisis they may be experiencing due to the COVID-19 Outbreak.  The loans are meant to provide short-term cash relief in an amount not-to-exceed $10,000/business.  We will work to process all applications in a timely manner.  Douglas Martin, Director of Economic Development, is the main point of contact for this loan opportunity.  He can be reached at 815-363-2110 or [email protected].

Sincerely,
Wayne Jett
