03-29-20: There have been zero positive cases of COVID-19 in Rutherford County. 116 individuals in the county have been tested. 74 tests have come back negative, 42 tests are still pending and 0 tests have come back positive. Test results can take between 1-7 days to be processed. Please remember that if you have been tested you must quarantine yourself until the Health Department receives your lab results.
