* At 1252 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Belton, moving east at 65 mph. HAZARD...Quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include... Lee's Summit, Leawood, Grandview, Belton, Raymore, Pleasant Hill, Odessa, Greenwood, Peculiar, Lake Lotawana, Lake Winnebago, Lone Jack, Kingsville, Baldwin Park, Lake Lafayette, Strasburg, Unity Village, Tarsney Lakes and Pittsville. This includes Interstate 470 between mile markers 5 and 10.
