 Wilmington Police have arrested 3 men following a drug investigation.

On March 19 at approximately 5:00 p.m. members of the Safe Streets Task Force made contact with three men in the 1900 block of West 4^th Street following a drug investigation.  Police took 24-year-old Fadiga Souleymane, 23-year-old Victor Guzman, and 28-year-old Marcos Guzman into custody without incident.

Police recovered 229 grams of marijuana, ammunition and $2,935 in currency.

Souleymane was charged with Possession of Marijuana.  He was also wanted on an outstanding capias.  He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $200 secured bail.

Victor Guzman was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
• Tampering with Evidence

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $12,000 unsecured bail.

Marcos Guzman was charged with Possession of Marijuana.  He was issued a summons and released.
