Attention Boonton Residents:
We have been alerted to two types of scams being done related to the Covid-19 virus. Please be advised that there are NO tests available to be sent to you, and true medical professionals would not be calling residents asking if they want to purchase them unsolicited.
In addition there are NO personnel from any agency going door to door at this time collecting information from residents due to the Covid-19 virus.
Do not give your personal information to anyone for your own safety.
Please call 9-1-1 to report any in person scams and call 973-402-9371 to report any telephone scams you may receive.
