Yorktown Town Supervisor Slater wil be providing the latest update regarding COVID-19 at 6:00 p.m This update will include information on Governor Cuomo's newest COVID-19 mandates, which will take effect at 8:00 pm. Channel 20 on optimum. Channel 33 on FIOS.
As a reminder, 54% of all New York State COVID-19 cases are people 18-49. Please practice safe social distancing. Parents, please discuss this with your children. There are too many clusters of teens and young adults within close proximity of each other that were observed yesterday and earlier today in Yorktown. This spread will not slow down until we respect our own health and the health of others.
