* Flood Advisory for... Bourbon County in southeastern Kansas... Cherokee County in southeastern Kansas... Crawford County in southeastern Kansas... Barton County in southwestern Missouri... Newton County in southwestern Missouri... Western Stone County in southwestern Missouri... McDonald County in southwestern Missouri... Barry County in southwestern Missouri... Lawrence County in southwestern Missouri... Southwestern Vernon County in west central Missouri... Jasper County in southwestern Missouri... Southwestern Dade County in southwestern Missouri...

* Until 1030 AM CDT Sunday.

* At 1024 AM CDT, the Department of Transportation reported many road closures near low water crossings from earlier heavy rain.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers of flooding. This advisory includes but is not limited to the following low water crossings... Highway 43 at Buffalo Creek west of Anderson... North Main and Murphy Boulevard In Joplin... Business Highway 60 just north of Neosho... Highway 97 at The Spring River north of Stotts City... and Highway 37 at The Spring River southwest of Avilla.
