At 220 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... East Liverpool, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls, Monaca, Economy, New Brighton, Beaver, Calcutta, Baden, Rochester, Ohioville, Midland, Chester, Industry, Shippingport, Patterson Township, Conway, Big Beaver, Freedom and West Mayfield. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
