Wilmington Police arrest Dover man with stolen firearm: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a Dover man with a stolen firearm.
On March 18 at approximately 12:43 p.m. police were in the 1300 block of East 29th Street when they observed a group of subjects loitering. When officers attempted to make contact with the group, 20-year-old Tyshaun Blue fled from officers. As he was fleeing, he was observed discarding a loaded 9mm handgun which was recovered. He was taken into custody without incident. The firearm was found to be stolen.
Blue was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Resisting Arrest
