For those in need of Temporary Handicapped Placards while municipal buildings are closed due to the #COVID19 situation, we have established the following procedure: 1. Mail Completed application signed by a Doctor to:  Ocean Township Police Department ATTN Records 50 Railroad Avenue Waretown, NJ 08758 2. Include a personal check made out to “NJMVC” in the amount of $4.00. This check cannot be made out to Ocean Township. 3. We will then mail the temporary placard to you via US Postal Service. 4. You may download the form from state.nj.us/mvc/vehicles/disability.htm
