* At 1217 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have produced enough rainfall to lead to flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelbyville, Greenwood, Franklin, Martinsville, Rushville, Nashville, New Whiteland, Edinburgh, Whiteland, Bargersville, Flat Rock, Princes Lakes, Geneva, Morristown, Trafalgar, St. Paul, Morgantown, Carthage, Paragon and Fairland. Additional rainfall amounts of around an inch are possible in the warned area.
