* Until 115 PM CDT.
* At 1017 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon, Mount Carmel, Carmi, Fairfield, Mcleansboro, Albion, Rend Lake Area, Grayville, Lancaster, Wayne City, West Salem, Crossville, Woodlawn, Bluford, Cisne, Enfield, Parkersburg, Ina, Dahlgren and Allendale.
