Male took cell phone from vehicle, when confronted male struck female victim and ran from the scene, Officers found the suspect and transported him to jail for booking on Theft, Vehicle Prowl and Assault 4 charges – 19900 BLK State Route 2
Damage to business door, no entry made – 14600 BLK N Kelsey St
Officer attempted to contact male pushing a full cart of un-bagged groceries, suspect fled on foot, Officers caught up with him, confessed to the theft, charged with Theft with Intent to Resell, Obstruction and resisting arrest. Groceries returned to store – 18800 BLK SR 2
