INCIDENT: Gang Member Carrying a Loaded Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of Ammunition

LOCATION: 13900 block of Kicking Horse Circle, Victorville

SUSPECT: Daejohn Raymond Heyman, 22-year old Victorville resident

SUMMARY:
On March 1, 2020, Deputies with the Victorville Police Department’s, Gang Enforcement Division, began an investigation into illegal firearms possession by convicted felon and known gang member, Daejohn Raymond Heyman.

On March 17, 2020, information was received that Heyman may be at a residence in the 13900 block of Kicking Horse Circle. Once deputies arrived, they witnessed Heyman pull up and enter the home. Heyman was arrested without incident and a search warrant for his vehicle and the residence was obtained. During the search, deputies recovered two loaded firearms and ammunition.

Heyman was booked at High Desert Detention Center for gang member carrying a loaded firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, and felon in possession of ammunition. He was also booked on two active felony warrants from Los Angeles County. He is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on March 19, 2020.
