Media alert from Duarte Unified School District:

Duarte Unified School District remains committed to serving our students and families during this period of school closure/dismissal due to COVID-19.
 
The district will offer free meals for children 18 and under using a drive-thru and walk-up service. Two meals will be provided daily that include lunch for that day and breakfast for the following day. Both meals will consist of an entrée, fruit/vegetable, and milk.
 
Dates: March 23, 2020 - April 3, 2020 (end date subject to change)
Days: Monday - Friday (Daily)
Times: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
 
Drive-thru and walk-up meal service will be available at three locations:
 
Andres Duarte Arts Academy
1433 Crestfield Drive , Duarte, CA 91010
 
Maxwell Academy - IB World School
733 Euclid Avenue, Duarte, CA 91010
 
Royal Oaks STEAM Academy
2499 Royal Oaks Drive, Bradbury, CA 91008
 
Please be aware that there is no need for any numbers or names to be given. It is preferred that the children be present to receive their meals, but it is not necessary, especially if they are sick. Walk-up service will be offered, but we ask that meals are not eaten on the premises per the "social distancing" protocols we are following to limit group gatherings.
