The Village of Willow Springs remains strongly committed to providing services to and protecting the health and safety of our citizens. It is with this is mind that the Village will be following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines in dealing with the Coronavirus (Covid-19).  The Village of Willow Springs is making the following temporary changes to our service to the public for the safety and well-being of the community:
 
The Willow Springs Village Hall, the Community Center and Public Works Building, are closed to the public beginning March 18, 2020 and until further notice. All events scheduled to take place at any of our facilities are canceled until further notice.
 
As the concern for the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to grow, please know that the Village is closely monitoring the situation.
 
To help prevent the spread of illness, we are encouraging social distancing at this time and suggest that the community use electronic Village services in order to limit physical human interactions until further notice. You will be able to pay bills and fines using our online payment methods as well as using the night drop box outside Village Hall and, we will temporarily be accepting payments by phone.
 
There will be no disruption of emergency public services, including Police, Fire and Emergency Responders, water or other vital services.
 
Call (708) 467-3700 to speak to a Village employee who will be more than happy to help with navigation of the Village website or provide further information regarding access to Village services electronically.
 
The Village Board meeting scheduled for the evening of March 30^th will continue as planned.
 
The Village will monitor and assess the protocols and adjust as needed. The Village will alert the community via email, social media and through local media of any changes or updates.  You may also receive updates and notices by signing up for NIXLE by texting 60480 to the number 888777 or by going to our website at www.willowsprings-il.gov.
