- To file an incident report (non-emergency), please call 856-665-1200. Your information will be taken and a police representative will call you back to take the report over the phone.
- For a copy of an incident report, please write a letter requesting the report and have the letter notarized, mail it along with a copy of your valid driver license or government issued ID. The mailing address is 820 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill NJ 08002, ATTN: Police Records.
- To obtain a copy of an accident report, please email Police Records at. Please include your case # or information (name of driver, vehicle info, date/time of accident & etc.) that can be used to locate the report.
- For A letter of Good Conduct for a Cherry Hill resident, please fill out the Good Conduct Questionnaire form and email it along with a copy of your Driver License or government issued ID to [email protected]. - For defendant discovery requests or a copy of an arrest report, please fill out the defendant discovery form and have the form notarized and mail it along with a copy of your valid driver license or government issued ID.
