The Administration and the office of emergency management continues to monitor the Covid-19 virus and increase mitigation plans and additional operational planning if needed. There are no know cases in Hawthorne. 
Over the last few weeks, the administration began diolag with OEM, local responders as well as county & state resources..
All public and religious schools are closed.. municipal services are not disrupted .
Residents are reminded..   wash hands,clean surfaces, and limit larger social gatherings. If you don't feel well, call your local care provider for guidance in flu like symptoms and a fever..  when in doubt call 911.
