SPD looking for help locating missing 25 year old female. 
We are asking for your help locating a female who left her home. Jasmine YonkoJohnson has limited speech and was last seen in the 600 block of S 14th Street this morning. She was wearing a black sweatshirt, striped white pajama pants, and brown boots. She is approximately 5 ft tall.
