CORONAVIRUS SCAMMERS
Several New Jersey towns are reporting that there have been unverified social media posts claiming individuals are knocking on doors, claiming to be from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and asking questions about the virus.

The CDC is not deploying teams of people to conduct surveillance. If any residents are being contacted by any such individuals they are asked to contact the Police Department immediately.
