Arcadia PD advises you to AVOID Westbound Foothill Boulevard, between the South Baldwin extension and North Baldwin Ave. extension, due to a crime investigation. Officers are assisting CHP with a multi-jurisdictional crime that concluded on the Eastbound 210 Freeway, near Baldwin Avenue. The suspect was taken into custody and there appears to be no danger to the public at this time. 699
