Winter Weather Advisory until 06:00AM Saturday

...Measurable Snow and Blowing Snow Friday and Friday Night... .A cold front will cross the area early Friday morning. Snow is expected to start falling with the passage of the front, and then continue during the day Friday, continue Friday night, and the conclude by sunrise Saturday. Amounts across western Greenbrier County will average two to four inches, with some of the highest peaks receiving near seven inches.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, isolated 7 inch amounts at the highest elevations. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to 6 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will result in locally higher drifts of snow, and cleared roadways and sidewalks could become snow covered once again.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GREENBRIER
